Please ensure your details are accurate, including your address, preferred date, and time. Confirmation: You will receive an email or text message confirming your booking. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our team immediately. Requirements for Service: A private parking area is required for all services. Access to a UK-standard electrical outlet and water supply is essential. If these requirements are not met, we may not be able to complete your service. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy Cancellations by You: You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or staff availability). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment. ________________________________________ No-Show Policy If our team arrives and the service cannot be completed due to inaccessible parking, lack of required facilities, or absence of the customer, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply. ________________________________________ Refund Policy Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
